Erik-Jan Koers currently serves as the Head of Wheelchair Tennis Performance Pathway at LTA since July 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Performance Consultant at UK Sport from February 2019 to July 2022, and as the General Manager of Performance and Strategic Investment at High Performance Sport New Zealand from April 2017 to January 2019, where Erik-Jan led investment strategy implementation and development of performance partnerships. From 2003 to 2017, Erik-Jan was with NOC*NSF, holding various roles including Performance Manager for Sport Intelligence and Head of the High Performance Strategy & Policy Team, focusing on athlete development, coaching, and high-performance policies. Earlier experience includes serving as Acting CEO and High Performance Director at the Royal Dutch Billiard Federation, where Erik-Jan established a performance strategy and talent academy. Erik-Jan holds an Executive Master in Sport Organizations Management from Université catholique de Louvain and a Master’s in Business Law from Utrecht University.
