Matthew Grover

Matthew Grover is an accomplished professional in the field of sports development, currently serving as the Wheelchair Talent Pathway Manager at LTA since January 2019. In this unique role, Matthew is responsible for establishing and managing the Wheelchair Performance Pathway, focusing on talent identification and development across all ages. Prior to this, Matthew held various roles, including Participation Support Assistant at LTA, Disability Development Coordinator at the Tennis Foundation, and Tennis Coach positions at David Lloyd Leisure and Exeter Tennis Centre. An alumnus of the University of Exeter, Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Health Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences, complemented by a Level 3 BTEC National Extended Diploma in Exercise and Sport Science. Matthew's early career included a role in security during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, highlighting a diverse background in both sports coaching and event management.
