Theo Rushton-Neate

Theo Rushton-Neate is an experienced Recruitment and Onboarding Manager at LTA since January 2022, responsible for leading recruitment strategies, managing a team, and enhancing diversity and inclusion within the organization. Previously, Theo held various roles at Profiles Personnel from October 2014 to December 2021, culminating as Recruitment Operations Manager and demonstrating a successful track record in events recruitment and team leadership. Earlier experience includes project coordination roles at Old Thorns Hotel, Pico Group, and Kuwait Finance House. Theo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Event & Business Management from Solent University and a BTEC National Diploma in Sport from Alton College.
