James B.

James B. has a diverse range of work experience. James started their career as an intern at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc. in 2004. In 2005, they became a Project Engineer at Cives Corporation. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at River Steel, Inc., where they held various roles including Plant Manager, Director of Business Development, and President. In 2011, they founded TritonTek, Inc., an Engineering Process Outsourcing firm. In 2007, they became a Consultant at La Crosse Technical Consultants, Inc., eventually becoming the Director and then the Owner / CEO in 2016. Additionally, in 2018, they started LTC Software Solutions, a sister company to La Crosse Technical Consultants, Inc., where they also serve as the Owner / CEO.

James B. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Purdue University in 2005. James later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2009 to 2011, specializing in Business.
