Kath Kearney-Croft

Kath Kearney-Croft has over two decades of experience in finance, strategic planning, and commercial operations. Kath began their career at The BOC Group in 1997, where they completed the Financial Management Training Programme. Kath then held various finance roles within the company, including Group Planning Manager, before moving to Rexam PLC in 2007.

At Rexam, Kath held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility, culminating in their role as Group Finance Director from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they joined The Vitec Group plc as Group Finance Director, and they served in this role until 2019. Most recently, Kath served as Interim CFO at SIG plc from January 2020 to September 2020. Kath is currently an Advisor at LTG.

Kath Kearney-Croft has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School, a CIMA qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from The University of Salford. Kath also has a certification from CIMA.
