Walace Nogueira Jr.

Walace Nogueira Jr. is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sales, leasing, management, and investment consulting as the Broker/Owner of Fellsway Realty LLC since October 2021. Previously, Walace held the position of Real Estate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - Commonwealth R.E. from April 2004 to January 2022, where responsibilities included client portfolio management and investment consulting. In addition to real estate, Walace has served as Operations Manager for ShowOff Marketing since June 2006, focusing on entertainment marketing and promotions, and has been the Roadshow Manager for LTI Worldwide Limo since November 2009, coordinating global car services. Walace holds a degree from Berklee College of Music, attended from 2010 to 2014, and completed education at Everett High School from 1998 to 2001.
