Archana Sahay currently serves as the ESG Global Head at LTIMindtree since March 2025. Prior to this role, Archana was the CSR Head for the Asia Pacific and Japan region at Dell Technologies from June 2018 to March 2025. Archana's career includes significant experience at Thomson Reuters as the Head of Corporate Responsibility & Inclusion for India and Global operations, and at Cisco in Government and Community Relations. Archana also held the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at Vodafone India Limited and served as the head of CSR for SAP in India. Archana's educational background includes an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in Sociology from Jawahar Lal Nehru University and Delhi University. Archana is also a Steering Committee Member of the BR Forum at NASSCOM Foundation.
