Kamini Pemmaiah

Kamini Pemmaiah is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at LTIMindtree since November 2022, Kamini has successfully contributed to digital transformation initiatives for over 700 clients. Prior to this, Kamini held the role of Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition at both LTIMindtree and Mindtree. Kamini's career began at Infosys Technologies as an HR Executive, advancing through positions at microland and Wipro, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and educating hiring managers on talent management best practices. Kamini holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on Human Resources from Bangalore University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from St. Joseph's Arts & Science College. Areas of strength include recruitment, sourcing, vendor management, project management, client relationship management, and training.
