Brian Almas

Mr. Almas serves as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and is responsible for shaping the culture and employee experience while leading all aspects of Rimini Street’s people strategies and functions. In this role, he leads the hiring, development, and engagement of the best and brightest people, enabling Rimini Street to successfully execute on its business goals and objectives to best serve our clients.

Mr. Almas is a recognized global HR and talent leader, VC advisor, and transformation executive with over 25 years of experience leading global human resources teams.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Almas led the global HR team at Fortinet, Inc., a high-growth cybersecurity company with 7000+ employees across 80 countries. As Chief People Officer, his top priority was enabling talent to be their best.

Previously, Mr. Almas was Vice President of Global HR at Flextronics (Flex), overseeing two business units: Innovation and New Ventures, comprising 2,500 design and product engineers across 28 countries, and Industrial & Emerging Industries, a $5B revenue growth business.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Almas held HR leadership roles at VMware, Applied Biosystems, and AOL where he built out the HR Business Partner function and drove hypergrowth and global scale.

Mr. Almas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Albion College, a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University, and Master’s Certificates in Executive Leadership Management from Stanford University.
