Currently serving as Executive Vice President and CIS Service Line Business Head at LTIMindtree, Pandiya has previously co-founded Codincity and held various senior roles at Infosys Ltd and L&T Infotech, including Vice President and Associate Vice President positions. With a robust background in cloud and infrastructure services, Pandiya has successfully managed large teams and delivered significant technology transformation projects across multiple sectors, focusing on innovation, automation, and client relationship management. Pandiya holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
