Souradeepa Roy

Souradeepa Roy is an experienced Human Resource professional with a focus on leadership and sales hiring across global markets. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at LTIMindtree, Souradeepa has previously held key positions at Mindtree, including Manager for Leadership and Sales Hiring for UKI and Europe, as well as Associate Consultant in HR at Capgemini. Prior experience includes roles at Career Launcher and Trinau Inc. where Souradeepa contributed as an HRBP and Executive Search Consultant respectively. Souradeepa holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Business Management in India and a BSc in Physics from Durgapur Government College.
