Kathryn Esau

Kathryn Esau has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Kathryn began their career as a Software Development Intern at Emerson Process Management in 2015. Kathryn then moved on to work as a STEM CREW Member at Girlstart from 2015 to 2016. Kathryn joined ThoughtWorks in 2016 as a Consultant Software Developer, where they worked on multiple software development teams and gained experience in full-stack development. Kathryn was promoted to Senior Consultant Software Developer in 2018 and focused on data engineering projects in their final year at the company. In 2019, Kathryn joined LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it) as a Software Engineer II on the Data Engineering team. Kathryn played a crucial role in building data pipelines and infrastructure for the company's new datalake. Recently, Kathryn has been serving as a Senior Software Engineer and continues to contribute to the team's infrastructure-as-code initiatives.

Kathryn Esau attended Southwestern University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
