Kaustubh Gawande

Kaustubh Gawande is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in product vision, engineering initiatives, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering for Consumer and Creator Growth at LTK, Kaustubh focuses on enabling creators to build successful businesses. Additionally, Kaustubh acts as a Coach and Mentor at Criya and has been a Board Advisor at CRMWiz since 2018. Previously, Kaustubh held pivotal roles at Facebook, where significant contributions were made in growing Facebook and Instagram Shops, and at Expedia Group, overseeing product and technology for multiple lines with a team of 220. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Software Developer at Intel. Kaustubh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
