Mariam Topeshashvili

Mariam Topeshashvili serves as the Regional Manager for Latin America at LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it) since July 2022, and has been a Board Member at Makers since June 2025. As an Advisor at Alexia Ventures since July 2020 and Country Manager for Turbo at Rappi from June 2020 to July 2022, Topeshashvili also co-founded Avocado, which transitioned to operating Cargo & Turbo within Rappi in December 2020. Previous experience includes participation in The Kraft Heinz Company's Corporate Management Program and a marketing internship at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Topeshashvili began a career in finance as an Equity Research Analyst at 4K Investimentos and founded Mushaboom Bottons, alongside serving as Head Of Partnerships for Projeto Ser Voluntário. Educational achievements include ongoing studies in Political Science at Harvard University, participation in Yale Young Global Scholars with a focus on Grand Strategy, and a Bachelor Honoris Causa of Science and Literature from Colégio Pedro II.
