Joanne Te Winkel

Joanne te Winkel is a skilled professional with extensive experience in heritage and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Beleidsadviseur Markt & Maatschappij in the Jong, Ruimtelijke Ordening department at LTO Noord since February 2022, Joanne previously worked as a Projectleider/adviseur erfgoed at Gelders Genootschap from September 2018 to February 2022, focusing on the project 'Een nieuwe tijd! wederopbouw in de Achterhoek,' aimed at promoting heritage from the post-war period in collaboration with eleven municipalities.
