Lubo Nielsen

Lubo Nielsen has extensive experience in finance and business management, currently serving as Group CFO and CFO of the Garment Division at LTP Group since September 2024. Previously, Lubo held the position of Director of Business Finance and BI at NKT Photonics from June 2018 until September 2024, where responsibilities included building the finance department, overseeing global FP&A processes, and implementing business intelligence solutions. Lubo's experience spans several leadership roles, including Director FP&A and Controlling at Maersk Line, Regional CFO for Maersk Drilling's International Jack-Up division, and Regional Divisional CFO for Ecolab in the Nordic region. Lubo has a comprehensive educational background from Copenhagen Business School, culminating in an Executive MBA, and possesses proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and strategic planning across multiple industries.
