Leonie Dekkers

Leonie Dekkers has extensive experience in business psychology, currently serving as Teamlead Advisory, Coach, and Senior Consultant in Assessment and Personal Development at LTP Business Psychologists since October 2016. Previous roles include Account Manager and Consultant in Assessment and Personal Development at Formorrow, where responsibilities involved talent program management and relationship maintenance with key accounts, as well as a role in recruitment and selection of IT graduates. Leonie also worked as an Assessor for Recognition of Prior Learning at Amnes B.V. and held a board position at R.K.S.V. Albertus Magnus. Academically, Leonie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial, Work & Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Groningen.
