DeAnna Sandquist, M.S. Ed., Adv. Cert, CCTP, PSM I, SSM 6 is currently working as a Principal Consultant at LTS since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Operations-Change Manager at Entre Institute from February 2021 to April 2021. In their role at Entre Institute, they spearheaded strategic programs and professional development to enhance staff skills and resources. DeAnna worked closely with the CEO, COO, and CVO, as well as various stakeholders, to ensure alignment across different business units. Additionally, they generated unity and clarity by establishing escalation pathways to resolve issues efficiently.

DeAnna Sandquist, M.S. Ed., Adv. Cert, CCTP, PSM I, SSM 6 has a diverse and extensive education history. DeAnna began their education journey in 1998 at St. John's University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology in the year 2000.

Following their undergraduate studies, DeAnna pursued their Master's degree at Brooklyn College from 2001 to 2003, specializing in School Psychology with a focus on M.S. Ed. DeAnna then continued their education at the same institution, completing an Advanced Certificate in School Psychology with a concentration in Psychoanalytic School Psychology in 2004.

DeAnna's future goals are evident in their pursuit of the SAFe SSM 6.0 certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., which is scheduled to be obtained in April 2023. This certification will further enhance their knowledge and expertise in agile project management.
