Nanci Coppola

Director Eastern Region Account & Project Management at LTS

Nanci Coppola has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Nanci has served as the Director Eastern Region Account & Project Management at LTS since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Public Strategies as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing funded projects and providing training and technical assistance.

From 2018 to 2021, Nanci worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as a Senior Legislative and Policy Advisor, where they developed policy recommendations on public health issues. Nanci also worked as a Consultant at the department.

In 2017, Nanci served as a Senior Technical Advisor - Consultant at the U.S. Department of State, Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, PEPFAR. Nanci'swork focused on developing a risk avoidance strategy for HIV, GBV, and teen pregnancy prevention in developing countries.

From 2016 to 2020, Nanci worked at Coppola and Company as a Principal, specializing in human services management and team building.

Earlier in their career, Nanci held leadership positions at Program Reach, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and Director of Programs. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and executing the organization's long-term strategy, overseeing teen pregnancy prevention programs, and securing federal grants.

Nanci's work experience also includes a role as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Career Education Corporation, where they were responsible for revamping academic programs and improving academic standards.

Throughout their career, Nanci has demonstrated expertise in project management, policy development, program implementation, and team leadership.

Nanci Coppola pursued their education starting with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Psychology from the University of Rochester, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Subsequently, from 1981 to 1985, they attended the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (KSUCPM) and obtained a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.) degree in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery. Later, they completed a Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the California College of Health Sciences, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Lastly, in 2014 and 2015, Nanci Coppola attended Georgetown University, receiving an Executive Certificate in Non-Profit Management, with a focus on Non-Profit Management.
