Winnie Raghu is a Sr. Engineer at L&T Technology Services Limited, currently deputed to Vestas, specializing in Model Based Development and power plant control modeling. With a background in electrical and electronics engineering, Winnie has experience in developing MATLAB control features for wind power plant systems and has been involved in several innovative projects, such as producing reactive power at zero active power in wind turbines. Winnie’s past roles include hardware testing and design engineering, where they focused on analog and MCU-based product design. They hold a Master of Engineering degree in Power Electronics and Drives from Rajalakshmi Engineering College and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.
