Mary Smitha has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Mary started their career as a Program Director/Host/News Anchor at Hinchesty Area Radio from 2006 to 2008. Mary then worked as a TV Host and Radio Announcer at Norrock Media in 2008.

In 2009, Mary joined the Liberal Party as the Director of Image and Communications, leading their public relations campaign and managing campaign strategies for successful electoral campaigns.

From 2010 to 2011, they served as the Head of Customer Relations at Perspectiva S.A., where they directed client relationship programs, resulting in increased employee and client satisfaction.

Mary then transitioned to the role of Business Manager at POL Investors Group from 2011 to 2013, gaining exposure to investment banking and providing financial analysis and advisory to HR and payroll teams.

In 2013, they became the General Manager at VIP Business Consultant, advising small-cap companies on business strategies and implementing long-term and short-term operating plans.

From 2015 to 2018, Mary worked as a Senior Account Manager at MBAF, where they were recognized for their analytical skills and provided financial planning and management for high net worth individuals.

In 2018, Mary joined BODUSA, LLP as a Valuation and Business Analysis professional, evaluating businesses of all sizes for various purposes and conducting in-depth investment analysis.

Most recently, Mary served as the Vice President of Investment at LTV SaaS Growth Fund from 2019 onwards. In this role, they identified investment opportunities, led the buy-side process, and oversaw fund acquisitions, focusing on SaaS and software investments in private companies.

Mary Smitha earned a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University in 2015. Mary'sBachelor of Science degree in Philosophy and Communication was obtained from the University of Academy of Sciences (Moldova). The dates for their Bachelor's degree are not provided.
