Daniel Kline

Daniel Kline is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in financial services. Currently serving as Risk Management Director at Principal Financial Group since 2008, Daniel co-led the establishment of the Enterprise Risk Management program and has oversight of credit, market, liquidity, and foreign exchange risks for global operations. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Senior Quantitative Analyst at Principal Financial Group, along with VP of Credit Risk Management at Wells Fargo. Daniel also holds a board member position at Premier Credit Union, chairing the Asset-Liability Committee. An MBA graduate from Drake University and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Daniel's expertise spans banking, asset management, insurance, and broader risk management consulting.
