Limbikani Matumba

Limbikani Matumba is a distinguished academic currently serving as a Professor of Food Safety and Dean of the Faculty of Life Sciences and Natural Resources at LUANAR-Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources since October 2015, following a progression from Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer, and Director of Research and Outreach. Prior to this, Limbikani worked as a Research Scientist at the Department of Agricultural Research Services in Malawi from October 2004 to September 2015, and as a Food and Nutrition Officer at the Ministry of Agriculture in Malawi for a brief period in 2004. Limbikani holds dual PhD degrees in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Ghent University.
