Julie Lacombe

Julie LaCombe is an experienced educator with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various educational roles. Currently serving as an Educator at Lubbock-Cooper ISD since August 2018, Julie focuses on designing engaging learning opportunities and mentoring new teachers. Prior roles include Intervention Specialist at Pearland ISD, where coaching struggling students was emphasized, and Educator at FRENSHIP ISD, responsible for managing 8th-grade classrooms and lesson design. Earlier experience includes a Gifted & Talented Specialist position at Alvin ISD, where Julie led a team and presented workshops, as well as various educator positions within the same district. Julie holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, along with additional degrees in Teaching Certification and Law/Legal Studies.
