Everett Davis

Everett Davis has extensive experience in strategic and resilience planning, currently serving as an Analyst for Lubbock County since December 1989. Previous roles include Manager of Network Planning & Support for Lubbock County Information Services and Human Resource Director & Programmer at The Baker Company. Early career experiences also encompass being the National Service Manager at The Coleman Companies and serving as a Regional Instructor for NASA. Education includes a CGCIO in Information Management from the University of North Carolina School of Government, alongside various training from FEMA and other emergency response institutions.
