Jorge Quirino

Jorge Quirino is the Director of Downtown & Special Projects at Lubbock Economic Development Alliance since January 2015. Prior to that, Jorge was the VP Operations at Essential Home Health from January 2013 to September 2014. With a background in business and management, Jorge also served as the Vice President of the Hispanic Business Division at Lubbock Chamber of Commerce from July 2008 to June 2012. Jorge has a Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, graduating in 2002.
