Terri Rickman

Terri Rickman is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and infection prevention. Currently serving as the Director of Infection Prevention and Employee Health at Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital since October 2020, Terri is tasked with preventing disease transmission and acting as a liaison for the organization. Prior roles include Registered Nurse at UMC Health System, Director of Memory Care at Raider Ranch, Lead Licensed Vocational Nurse at Daybreak Community Services, Field Nurse at Accolade Home Care and Hospice, Service Coordinator at Superior HealthPlan, and STD Clinician at the City of Lubbock Health Department. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Capella University, an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Texas State Technical College, and a Licensed Vocational Nurse degree from South Plains College.
