Erin Pettit

Erin Pettit has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Erin started their career in 2004 as a Teller at Annandale State Bank and Insurance and then worked as an Intern in Marketing/PR at the Arthritis Foundation in 2007. In 2008, they joined ING DIRECT as a Loan Processor, where they reviewed and processed consumer/home mortgage loans. Erin then worked at Target, first as a Sr Associate Payroll Processor and later as a Sr Campus Specialist, responsible for campus recruitment and new hire onboarding. Erin joined Lube-Tech in 2014, where they held various HR roles, including Recruiting and Employee Development, Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, and currently serves as the Director of People & Culture. In their current role, Erin is responsible for managing HR processes, building relationships with internal stakeholders, driving performance improvements, providing direction on employee relations issues, and ensuring legal compliance.

Erin Pettit completed a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University from 2004 to 2008. Erin also pursued a degree in Marketing, with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, from the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University during the same period.
