Christina Sier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the People and Culture Director at FP and the Founder of RedesignHR - Christina Sier Advisory since May 2025, Christina has previously held the position of Global Head of People and Culture at Stryber from October 2018 to September 2025, a firm dedicated to strategic growth and venture building. Additional roles include serving as a People and Culture Advisor at Sanabil Venture Studio and mentoring at Abu Dhabi SME Hub. Prior experiences include impactful positions at McKinsey & Company, AXA XL, and Altman Solon, where Christina developed expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and operational excellence across various sectors.
