Gerald A. Ronon

Gerry Ronon is a Managing Partner of Lubert-Adler. Mr. Ronon is a member of Lubert-Adler's investment committee, asset management committee and regulatory compliance committee. He is responsible for originating and closing transactions, developing relationships with operating partners, fund and portfolio management, as well as day-to-day oversight of the administration of the firm.

Mr. Ronon has more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate investment sector, including more than a decade at Lubert-Adler. In between his current and a prior engagement with Lubert-Adler, Mr. Ronon was the founder and Managing Partner of Cheswold Real Estate Investment Management.

Previously, Mr. Ronon was a principal at LaSalle Advisors and its predecessor, Alex. Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors; prior to that, he was a senior associate at Linpro/LCOR, a development firm. Mr. Ronon earned his A.B. from Princeton University.
