Aleksandra Kulik possesses extensive experience in youth affairs and social psychology, currently serving as Chairwoman of the Board and Project Coordinator at Fundacja Sempre a Frente since November 2015. Additional roles include Trainer/Facilitator at the European Youth Forum and membership in the Youth Affairs Council at the National Development Council. Involvements also extend to the Eurodesk Network as a Consultant, the Council of the Polish-German Youth Office, and various committees related to civic dialogue and public benefit activity in Lublin. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Psychology from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej and participation in multiple leadership and training programs.
