Brenna Huovie has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Brenna is currently the Vice President of Additives Technology at The Lubrizol Corporation, where they are responsible for technology development, testing, and deployment with customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Technology Consultant at NexGen Consulting LLC. Their previous experience includes roles at Honeywell, where they served as the VPGM of Refining - Lifecycle Solutions and Technology, Director of Business Development Plastics Circularity, Senior Business Leader Hydrotreating Catalysts, Senior Product Line Manager of Hydrotreating Catalysts, Director of Training Services, Senior Manager Hydroprocessing Development, and Senior Hydroprocessing Specialist. Before joining Honeywell, Brenna worked as a Technical Supervisor at ExxonMobil.

Brenna Huovie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Northwestern University from 2014 to 2016.
