Prior to Reckitt, they worked at FARFETCH as a Sr. Operations Brand Manager | Sr. Success Manager from 2018 to 2020, overseeing international projects, global brand partnerships, and partner excellence in operations.
Carolina's earlier experiences include working as a Sr. Global Product Manager at Revlon Inc. in 2017, a Sr. Global Product Manager | Market Development at Puig from 2016 to 2017, and various roles at Natura &Co from 2011 to 2016, including Sr. Global Product Manager - AVON, Regional Brand Manager - AVON, Senior Marketing Coordinator, and participation in the company's Future Leadership Program.
Carolina Ferrarezi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho in 2010. Carolina then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (Executive MBA) with a focus on Marketing at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, Carolina completed their Master of Arts in Luxury Business Management, specializing in Marketing, at GBSB Global Business School. Carolina continued their education at ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2017, where they completed a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing.
