Chris Nunes serves as the Leadership and Career Development Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation since 2020, focusing on global talent management initiatives that encompass talent identification, development, and deployment. Previously, from 2004 to 2019, Chris held the position of Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, overseeing talent management initiatives to enhance employees' expertise and improve business processes. Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
