Dustin Randall

Dustin Randall has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of HR Reporting & Data Governance at The Lubrizol Corporation since December 2013, where responsibilities include supporting global HR Partners, leading projects, and conducting research. Prior roles at Lubrizol include Manager of HR Reporting & Analytics, HR Data Strategist, HR Generalist, Human Resources Coordinator, and HR Intern. Prior to Lubrizol, Dustin worked in Park Maintenance at Cleveland Metroparks and as an Assistant Sales Consultant for Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted, gaining skills in customer engagement and brand promotion. Dustin holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Lorain County Community College.
