Jeffrey J. Lauderdale has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on litigation, labor/employment law, and regulatory compliance. Jeffrey J. has held various senior roles at The Lubrizol Corporation, including Vice President, Deputy Chief Legal Officer, & General Counsel. In this role, they led a team of lawyers and professionals, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing business risks. Prior to this, they served as Global Chief Litigation Counsel, Chief Legal Officer (Interim), Global Group Counsel, and Global Chief Labor/Employment Counsel at Lubrizol. Before joining Lubrizol, they worked as an Attorney, Criminal Justice Act, at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Jeffrey J. has also worked as a partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, handling litigation and regulatory compliance matters. Jeffrey began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard F. Suhrheinrich at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Jeffrey J. Lauderdale obtained a J.D. degree in Law from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2001. Jeffrey J. later pursued an LL.M. degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Ohio University, earning an A.B. degree in Economics & History, with a minor in Political Science, in 1998. Additionally, they hold various certifications in legal practice and admission to several courts, including the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New York, and State of Ohio. Jeffrey J. is also admitted to trial and district courts at the federal level, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court.
