John Tish

John Tish has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. John served as the Director of Cyber Operations at The Lubrizol Corporation from 2015 to the present, where they are responsible for managing the company's cybersecurity operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of OT and Lab Services at The Lubrizol Corporation from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining The Lubrizol Corporation, John Tish worked as an IS Security Consultant at the company from 2015 to 2021. John also has experience as a Business Owner at J. G. Tish Consulting, LLC in 2015.

Additionally, John Tish worked at Cliffs Natural Resources as the Sr. Director of IT/OT Competency Center from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they led the development and implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System to improve operational efficiencies. John also held various positions at Cliffs Natural Resources, including Director of IT Business Liaisons and Director of IT Mining Services, where they focused on business relationship management, project prioritization, and compliance with safety regulations.

Earlier in their career, John Tish was employed at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc as an Area Manager of Information Technology and Manager of Network Infrastructure. Here, they played a vital role in consolidating operational systems and reducing costs through IT infrastructure consolidation.

John Tish pursued their education, starting in 1982, at Northern Michigan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 1986. Following this, John attended Baldwin Wallace University in 1994 and 1995, earning a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business.
