Kate Zurawski CPM, LEED GA has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kate is currently working as the Director of Global Corporate Real Estate at The Lubrizol Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this, Kate was employed at KeyBank from July 2012 to July 2023, where they held the position of SVP, Regional Midwest Facilities Manager, Corporate Real Estate Solutions. Before joining KeyBank, they worked as a Senior Property Manager at Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions from April 2005 to June 2012. Kate also served as the Regional Vice President at PRG Real Estate Management from February 2004 to April 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Director at H.G. Fenton Company from September 2001 to November 2003. Kate started their career at CDW as a Corporate Account Manager from July 2000 to August 2001.

Kate Zurawski CPM, LEED GA attended Miami University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Kate also holds additional certifications, including Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), LEED Green Associate from USGBC Ohio, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from KeyBank, and Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the National Association of REALTORS®.
