Kunal Nadkarni

Kunal Nadkarni has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kunal is currently the VP Global Strategy & Commercial Excellence at The Lubrizol Corporation. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Commercial Director at the same company. In their role, they were responsible for the business strategy, pricing strategy, portfolio leadership, and cross-functional leadership, resulting in strong double-digit year-over-year growth.

Before joining The Lubrizol Corporation, Kunal served as a Board Member at Pratham USA. Kunal also worked at U.S. Silica Company as an Executive, where they developed a 2-year growth strategy and identified strategic growth opportunities.

Kunal's previous roles include Director Marketing & Strategy at Baker Hughes, Senior Global Marketing & Product Strategy Leader at Ashland, Global Marketing Manager at Hempel A/S, and Global Product Marketing Leader at GE Oil & Gas. Kunal demonstrated their expertise in business growth strategies, supply chain management, product management, and international trade.

Earlier in their career, Kunal worked as a Product Manager and an International Supply Chain & Logistics Manager at WSI Services Inc. Kunal successfully increased revenues, developed marketing strategies, and secured partnerships with industry leaders.

Kunal began their professional journey as an Executive in International Trade at Citi. Kunal has consistently shown their ability to drive growth and develop effective strategies throughout their career.

Kunal Nadkarni holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Austin - The Red McCombs School of Business. Kunal also has an MBA in International Business from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and a Masters of Commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Kunal has completed a Leadership Development program at Crotonville Alumni. Additionally, they hold certifications in GE Six Sigma & Lean from General Electric (GE) and NACE CIP from NACE International.
