Rajith Jayasinha

Rajith Jayasinha is a Research Chemist at The Lubrizol Corporation, specializing in 1D and 2D NMR experiments for characterizing small molecules and polymers, while also managing technical activities to improve laboratory efficiencies. Previously, Rajith worked as a Senior Analytical Scientist at Bridgestone, overseeing an NMR spectroscopy laboratory and leading method development projects, including multiple invention disclosures and various automated data analysis tools using Python. Rajith's background also includes a postdoctoral position at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, focused on the role of Amelogenin in enamel formation using NMR techniques, as well as a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from The Ohio State University, where research involved developing paramagnetic tags for structural analysis of proteins. Additional experience includes teaching at various institutions, mentoring students, and conducting comprehensive laboratory sessions.
