Rochelle Hartigan

Rochelle Hartigan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rochelle is currently working as the Global Brand Director at The Lubrizol Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at GE Lighting, a Savant company, where they served as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, CMO from 2020 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for various marketing and communication activities, including brand development, advertising, retail marketing, public relations, and corporate communications. Before joining GE Lighting, Rochelle worked at GE, where they held the position of Director of Marketing - Brand & Advertising from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they also served as the Senior Manager - Retail Branding & Shopper Marketing from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their time at GE, Rochelle gained experience in retail marketing strategy as the Senior Manager at Vitamix from 2012 to 2014. Rochelle also worked at OurPet's Company as the Director of Marketing & Communications from 2010 to 2012 and as the Manager of Shopper Marketing & Consumer Promotions from 2008 to 2010. Rochelle began their career at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., where they worked as the Manager of Merchandising from 2003 to 2008 and as the Senior Merchandise Planner from 2001 to 2003. Throughout their career, Rochelle has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of marketing and communications, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Rochelle Hartigan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Marketing from John Carroll University. Rochelle also holds a Certificate in Executive Influence - Persuasive Leadership Development from Wharton Executive Education. In addition, they have completed Leadership Development training at Crotonville Alumni.
