Romulo Cesar Carvalho has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Romulo Cesar started their career in 2002 as a Trainee at Empresa de Transporte Flores and later worked as a Trainee at Perinatal and Triunfo Operadora Portuária in 2003 and 2004 respectively.

In 2005, Romulo joined ExxonMobil as a Trainee and eventually took on roles as a Sales Support Analyst and an Automotive Territory Manager. Romulo Cesar was responsible for sales to strategic accounts in the automotive industry and provided support to the sales team and distributors.

In 2009, they moved to Cosan Combustíveis e Lubrificantes where they worked as a Project Coordinator, Territory Manager, and finally as a Gerente de Contas Marinha e Aviação. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks including sales management, strategic account management, pricing, and customer training.

Since 2012, Romulo has been working at The Lubrizol Corporation, starting as a Regional Key Account Manager responsible for managing major clients. Romulo Cesar then progressed to the role of Senior Sales Manager and is currently serving as the Sales Director for South Latin America.

Throughout their career, Romulo has gained experience in sales, account management, strategic planning, and team coordination. Their roles have involved working with large corporations, managing key accounts, and developing strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and profitability.

Romulo Cesar Carvalho obtained an MBA Executive degree in Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas during the period 2009-2011. Prior to that, they completed an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense between 2000 and 2006.
