John Powell

John Powell is an experienced professional in the shoring and excavation industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Technical Shoring Specialist at Luby Shoring Services since January 2014. Previously, John held the position of Shoring and Shielding Expert at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc., where John was a founding member of MacAllister Underground Shoring and Pump and managed quotes for trench shields and slide rail systems. With a background as Slide Rail Shoring Department Manager at Pro-Tec Equipment and experience as a Machine Maintenance/Operator at Welch Labs, John has developed a strong foundation in technical skills. John holds a Master's Degree in Integrity from the University of Practical Learning and Hard Work, and completed training in construction through the U.S. Navy Seabees.
