Vlad Alexandru Ionita currently holds the position of Senior Talent Partner for Software Engineering & IT at Lucanet, where efforts are focused on building a leading Technology Centre of Excellence in Bucharest. Prior roles include Lead International IT Recruiter & Executive Search at Westhouse International and Human Resources Consultant & Client Management at ManpowerGroup, where notable achievements include being recognized as the Best Permanent Placement Consultant of the year 2019 in Romania and 3rd in Europe. Earlier career roles comprised talent acquisition work at Groupama and sales at Vodafone. Vlad holds a Master’s degree in HR Business and Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Human Resources Development, both from the University of Bucharest.
