Brigette Lawrie

Brigette Lawrie is an experienced professional in inclusion, diversity, and employee wellbeing, currently serving as the Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Marsh McLennan since September 2021. Previously, Brigette held roles including Oceania Wellbeing Manager at EY, Change Management Lead at MetLife, and Health and Productivity Manager at Metro Trains Melbourne, where Brigette designed and implemented a comprehensive Employee Health and Wellness Program. Earlier experiences include Learning and Development Advisor at City of Yarra, New Business Manager at Global Corporate Challenge, and Organisation and People Consultant at IBM. Brigette began a career in human resources with an internship at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Wellness from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Psychology and Business from Monash University.
