A highly-disciplined financial strategist with more than ten years of progressive experience driving operational efficiencies and corporate profitability with superior results, Theresa McDannald joined Lucas Group in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. With expertise in long-term financial planning, accounting, taxes, benefit/payroll administration, treasury management and financial analysis/reporting, Theresa oversees Lucas Group’s financial strategies and goals.

Theresa is adept at establishing new policies and procedures that markedly drive productivity and efficiency while simultaneously improving bottom-line profitability. She inspires teams to adapt and perform in a constantly changing environment and establishes an open and productive atmosphere which generates dedicated engagement while being a trusted partner to senior management through transformation and growth.

Throughout her impressive career, Theresa has achieved substantial WOTC credit gain after implementing an automated program that significantly increased branch screening compliance and efficiency. She has also capitalized on new legislation around FICA taxes and effectively reduced a company’s payroll expense by $2 million as well as successfully designed and implemented a strategic, comprehensive framework to support Health Care (ACA) reform legislative requirements.

Theresa holds a B.S in business administration – accounting from The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!), where she graduated cum laude while working full-time at McDonald’s Corporate Accounting Center and attending school as a full-time student. Having recently relocated to Atlanta from Colorado, she enjoys spending as much time as she can in the mountains.
