Danielle Reed

Danielle (Danni) Reed has extensive experience in talent acquisition and customer service, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for Sazerac Company since November 2023 and at Lucas James Talent Partners since September 2021. Previously, Danielle held several positions at U.S. Bank from 2005 to 2021, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President and Talent Acquisition Manager, where leadership of a team was a key responsibility. Danielle's expertise includes managing recruitment processes across various industries, coaching candidates on resume building and interview skills, and overseeing operational compliance and customer service in banking environments. Danielle is pursuing further education at Southern New Hampshire University.
