Asami Naruse

Asami Naruse is an accomplished manufacturing engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Lucas Milhaupt since May 2022, Asami previously held roles as Principal Engineer at ATW Companies and Senior Process Engineer at both Lucas-Milhaupt and Interplex. With a background that includes designing and developing manufacturing processes at ATW Companies and Fujikura Ltd., Asami has demonstrated a strong ability to lead production projects and provide technical leadership. Early career experience includes a Research and Development Engineer role at Toray Industries, where two patents were obtained for clean water system designs. Asami holds a Master’s degree in Molecular and Material Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Kyushu University and Kyushu Institute of Technology, respectively.
