Jill Wickenheisser, MBA, MPS, currently serves as the Director of Museum Services at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, overseeing a rapidly expanding start-up non-profit with a focus on art logistics, installations, operations, and information management involving over 35 staff members. Previously, Jill held the position of Senior Manager at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, where responsibilities included managing operations for the European Paintings department, overseeing extensive gallery renovations, and leading department initiatives during significant transitions. Jill’s earlier experience includes roles at the High Museum of Art and The Metropolitan Museum of Art's Asian Art department, showcasing expertise in exhibition management, budget oversight, and cross-departmental collaboration. Academically, Jill holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business and a Master’s in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute, complemented by an extensive background in Art History.
