Duane Lafleur

Duane LaFleur has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as a Business Development/High Performance Representative at Lucas Oil Products, Inc. since February 2017, where responsibilities include driving sales in High-Performance outlets across the United States. Prior to this role, LaFleur was the Regional Sales Manager at Sprintex Superchargers USA, overseeing sales in the United States, Canada, and South America from March 2016 to February 2017. LaFleur spent 16 years at Jiffy-tite, holding various positions including Aftermarket Sales/Marketing Manager, where a new Aftermarket Division was launched while managing a team of six, and Motorsports Sales/Marketing Manager, leading seven team members and several marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Training Specialist and Area Representative at Jiffy-tite, where LaFleur provided training on automotive quick connect fittings and addressed technical inquiries, as well as serving as a Team Leader at 3M Tonowanda, NY, from 1990 to 1999.
